By purchasing a ticket to our Glo Tour (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry

- All tickets must be purchased through our official platform, and proof of purchase (e.g., e-ticket or confirmation email) must be presented upon entry.

- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by the event organizers.

2. Event Changes

- FermaGlo Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible through official channels.

3. Behavior and Conduct

- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other attendees.

- FermaGlo Inc. reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive, without a refund.

4. Liability Waiver

- By attending the Event, you agree to release FermaGlo Inc. from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event, except where required by law.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales for our Glo Tour are final.

- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the event experience.

- In the unlikely event of a full cancellation by the organizers, ticket holders will be informed of available options, which may include rescheduling or credit toward a future event.
