1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or enroll as a Business Partner. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Our Services

FermaGlo Inc. is a direct selling company offering fermented hair care products. We sell to clients and provide Business Partners the opportunity to purchase an enrollment kit and sell our products through their own replicated website.

3. Enrollment & Business Partner Terms

Business Partners may join by purchasing an enrollment kit. Annual renewal fees are required to maintain active status. Additional terms governing Business Partner responsibilities, compensation, and conduct are provided in the FermaGlo Business Partner Agreement, which must be agreed to during enrollment.

4. Orders, Payment & Billing

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraud.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal information including your name, email, address, phone number, Social Security Number (for Business Partners), and payment information. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

6. Third-Party Tools & Services

We use third-party tools and services (such as payment processors, analytics providers, and shipping partners) to operate our business. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, and product designs—is the property of FermaGlo Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
